More information about this subcommittee and other standards development organizations with which we communicate can be found on NIST’s International Cyber Security and Privacy Resource website.

Our international engagement also included an open invitation to partners around the world to join the series of online cyber risk management seminars we host together with the Center for Cyber Security Policy and Law. The last event took place almost on November 9th. Nonprofit Cyber Risk Management: Focusing on Education and Health. The webinar Brought together government and industry professionals to discuss risk management for nonprofits, with a specific focus on the education and health sectors. This event gave us an opportunity to highlight the important collaboration that NIST has with these sectors, including the work of the National Initiative for Cyber Security Education (NICE). NICE is also involved in the world and has several translations of the Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity (NICE Framework). If you missed the webinar, you can watch the recording Here. Stay tuned for more information on our next episode coming in early 2022.

As the year draws to a close and we begin to look forward to even more international involvement in 2022, we wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
